our Ancestry Research,
facilities.
Once
a commission is agreed you will be asked to pay approximately 30% of the total
fee by personal cheque or money order. The remainder of the fee does not fall
due until you have received the finished product. All fees should be paid in UK
pounds sterling unless otherwise agreed. If fees are not paid in UK pounds
sterling an additional handling charge of 10% will be incurred.

Terms and
Conditions of Sale
General
1. The 'Company' means Ar Turas.
The 'Purchaser' means the person whose order is accepted by the Company. The
'Recipient' means the person who receives goods produced by the Company and
purchased by the Purchaser.
Price
2. The prices quoted are not
affected by VAT.
Ordering
3. As soon as an order is placed,
the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and
conditions herein described by the Company.
4. A contract of sale is deemed
to exist as soon as the Company despatches an email message to the Purchaser,
confirming that the Company has received the Purchaser's order, regardless of
whether the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.
Delivery
5. The Company will use their
reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for
delay in delivery for any cause.
6. The Purchaser may incur
additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against
orders despatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom. These are levied at
the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and the Company cannot
predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.
Statutory Rights
7. Nothing contained in these
Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the
Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of
the goods supplied.
Law
8. Any dispute to be governed by
Scottish Law.
